      Craft My Escapes [ABN 53 105 652 256] (referred to as we, us, or our) offers curated travel experiences under the terms and conditions outlined below.

      We provide a personalised travel booking and advisory service that enables you and your fellow travellers to purchase a range of travel products, including accommodation, transport, dining, creative workshops, and local events from third-party suppliers. These may be booked individually or bundled into a themed experience sold as an Escape Package.

      Craft My Escapes acts as an agent for these third-party suppliers. Their individual terms and conditions, including policies on cancellations, amendments, and service delivery apply in addition to the terms outlined here. By booking through Craft My Escapes, you agree to comply with both our terms and those of the suppliers involved in your Escape Package.


      • Booking Requests

      When you make an enquiry or request to book an Escape with Craft My Escapes, whether through our website, by email, or over the phone you are confirming that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

      Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll send a Booking Acknowledgment to your nominated email address. This will outline the details of your requested Escape. Please review it carefully and let us know as soon as possible if anything needs amending.

      To help us coordinate your Escape, we’ll ask for the names and email addresses of your fellow travellers. By providing these details, you confirm that each person agrees to these terms and that you are acting on their behalf for the purposes of the booking.

      We will check availability with our trusted local partners before proceeding, but please note that all bookings are subject to availability and price changes until confirmed. Travel products and experiences may fluctuate in cost due to seasonal demand, supplier adjustments, or other factors beyond our control.

      Your Escape is not confirmed until a deposit has been received. We will provide deposit details and payment instructions once availability is verified. Final confirmation will be sent once your deposit is processed.

      Please note: Craft My Escapes does not arrange flights.


      • Deposits and Bookings

      After we have reviewed your Escape enquiry and confirmed availability with our local partners, we’ll send you a personalised quote outlining the details of your proposed

      Escape. This quote will include a clear breakdown of your package, covering accommodation, experiences, dining, and any extras along with pricing and inclusions.

      To proceed with your booking, a deposit is required, which will be specified in your quote. This deposit includes a non-refundable booking fee, which covers the time and care taken to coordinate your Escape and liaise with our trusted suppliers. Please note: this booking fee is retained even if your plans change or are cancelled.

      Once your deposit is received, we will confirm your Escape with the relevant third-party suppliers. All bookings are subject to their individual terms and conditions, including cancellation policies, amendment rules, and pricing changes. These will be shared with you in your Booking Confirmation, along with a receipt for your deposit.

      Please be aware that all bookings may attract cancellation fees, and changes to your Escape may incur additional costs depending on supplier policies and availability.


      • Cancellation Policy

      We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair while honouring the time and care that goes into curating each escape. The following cancellation terms apply to all bookings made through Craft My Escapes.


      • Booking Fee

      Your booking fee is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing. This secures your place and supports the early planning and coordination of your experience.

      Escape Package Cancellations

      • Between 6 and 4 weeks before departure: You will receive a 50% refund of the total Escape Package cost (excluding the booking fee).

      • Less than 4 weeks before departure: The full cost of your Escape Package is non-refundable.

      Optional Add-On Packages

      Optional extras such as spa treatments, creative workshops, or premium welcome boxes may carry separate cancellation terms. These will be outlined in your quote and Booking Confirmation.

      • Between 6 and 4 weeks before departure: A 50% refund may apply to optional extras, depending on supplier policies.

      • Less than 4 weeks before departure: Optional extras are non-refundable, as materials and bookings will have already been secured.


      Third-Party Supplier Conditions

      Many elements of your Escape are provided by independent suppliers. Their cancellation and amendment policies may differ from ours. Where this occurs, we are required to follow the supplier’s terms, which may override the timeframes listed above. These will be clearly outlined in your Booking Confirmation.

      Before Confirmation

      If you cancel after receiving a Booking Acknowledgment but before your Booking Confirmation is issued, no cancellation fees apply.

      Waiver

      During your Getaway, you may be required to comply with certain health and safety requirements relevant to the locations and experiences included in your itinerary. This may include COVID Safe Protocols or other guidelines set by local venues, suppliers, or government authorities.

      By booking with Craft My Escapes, you agree to use your best endeavours to comply with any such protocols or requirements, as advised by us or our partners.

      You understand that this release discharges Craft My Escapes from any liability or claim that you may have against us with respect to any injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, your purchased Escape with us.


      • Payment & Confirmation

      To secure your Craft My Escape experience, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of reservation. This confirms your place and allows us to begin curating your personalised itinerary with care.

      If you choose to include optional extras such as spa treatments, creative workshops, or premium welcome boxes these must be paid in full at the time of booking, alongside your booking fee. This ensures we can secure limited-availability suppliers, purchase materials, and reserve experiences in advance so you don’t miss out on the thoughtful touches that make your escape truly special.

      Your Booking Confirmation will detail the total amounts and required timings for all payments. Please note that failure to pay strictly in accordance with those timings may result in cancellation of your booking.

      You and your co-travellers may pay us directly via:

      • 💳 Credit card (Mastercard or Visa)

      • 🏦 Direct Debit

      • 🌐 Internet bank transfer


      • Booking Amendments

      Once a Booking Confirmation has been issued, any request to amend your booking will be considered with care. We will use all reasonable endeavours to accommodate your changes, but we cannot guarantee availability or feasibility.

      If your requested amendment is not available, you may choose to cancel your booking subject to the Cancellation Policy and any applicable health and safety clauses.

      Amendment Fees

      After your booking fee has been paid, any approved amendments will incur an amendment fee. This may be:

      • A flat fee equal to your original booking fee, or

      • A variable fee, depending on the complexity and time required to make the changes.

      All amendments are also subject to third-party supplier terms and conditions, which may limit or restrict changes depending on availability, materials, or seasonal demand.


      • Non-Transferrable Bookings

      Bookings are non-transferrable to other individuals or dates unless expressly approved in writing.

      Travel Documentation

      Your personalised itinerary, supplier confirmations, and any relevant travel documentation will typically be provided to you at least 72 hours prior to your Escape. This includes details of your accommodation, scheduled experiences, dining arrangements, and any optional extras you have selected.

      A full itinerary overview will also be available upon check-in, either digitally or in printed form, depending on your package. You’ll have access to a dedicated contact person or host to assist with any questions, updates, or last-minute details ensuring your experience begins smoothly and stress-free.

      Please ensure all documentation is reviewed carefully, and let us know promptly if anything requires attention.


      Disclaimers

      Craft My Escapes will use all reasonable care and skill in providing you with a curated booking and advisory service. However, subject to the Limitation of Liability clause

      below, we are not responsible or liable to you or your co-travellers for any of the following during or as a result of your Escape:

      • Any injury, illness, or medical incident

      • Any loss, theft, or damage to personal property

      • Any cancellation, delay, or alteration made by a third-party supplier

      • Your dissatisfaction with any aspect of your Escape experience

      • The omission or change of any component by a third-party supplier

      • Any element of your Escape booked independently or by someone else

      • Your failure to obtain required travel documentation, visas, or vaccinations (if applicable)

      • Issues related to expired or invalid passports (for future international travel)

      • The suitability or availability of flight bookings

      • Any changes to your itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, supplier changes, or local disruptions)


      • Accommodation   Expectations

      Accommodation providers may have their own policies regarding:

      • Check-in and check-out times, which must be respected

      • Property condition and cleanliness, including expectations for respectful use of facilities

      • The right to refuse service or request early departure if a guest breaches house rules or causes damage

      Craft My Escapes is not liable for any costs, disruptions, or consequences resulting from such actions. You agree to indemnify us against any liability we may incur to third-party suppliers due to unpaid fees, damage, or misconduct during your Escape.es clarification or adjustment

      We’re so glad you’re here. To help make your Escape meaningful for you and respectful for others, we invite you to embrace the following spirit during your stay:

      Respect the Space

      Treat each accommodation and venue as if it were your own keep it tidy, be gentle, and kind. Local hosts have lovingly prepared these spaces for your comfort.

      Honour Check-In & Check-Out

      Please arrive and depart within the times provided, so we can ensure smooth transitions and thoughtful preparation for all guests.

      Leave It Lovely

      We don’t expect perfection, but a little care goes a long way. Dispose of rubbish properly, return borrowed items, and let us know if something breaks, accidents happen, and honesty is always appreciated.

      Be Considerate

      Whether you are chatting with a local artisan or relaxing in shared spaces, kindness and courtesy are always in style.

      Tread Lightly

      Support sustainability by using resources mindfully, respecting nature, and choosing local where you can.


      • Medical Considerations

      By booking with Craft My Escapes, you confirm that you do not have any pre-existing medical conditions or disabilities (referred to as Medical Issues) that would prevent you from safely participating in your Escape. If you do have any Medical Issues, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified health professional before confirming your booking to ensure the experience is suitable for you.

      You are solely responsible for your own health and wellbeing during your Escape. Please note that Craft My Escapes is not equipped to provide medical assistance, and we cannot arrange or guarantee access to doctors, paramedics, ambulances, or other emergency services while you are away.

      While we care deeply about your safety, we are not liable for any injury, illness, death, damage, or loss arising from Medical Issues during your Escape. Limitation of Liability

      To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craft My Escapes is not liable for any loss, damage, expense, or liability incurred by you or any third party, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of your Escape booked through us.

      Unless stated otherwise, any condition or warranty that might be implied into these Terms is excluded. Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any breach of guarantee in relation to services is limited to one of the following, as determined by us:

      • Re-supplying the services; or

      • Paying the cost of having the services re-supplied.

      If you believe there has been an error or omission in our services that breaches these Terms (Omission), and you notify us within 24 hours, our liability to the maximum extent permitted by law will be limited to the face value of your booking.


      • Travel Insurance

      At Craft My Escapes, we care about your comfort and peace of mind. We recommend that all guests whether travelling domestically or internationally consider taking out appropriate travel insurance to protect against unexpected events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost belongings.

      Please note:

      Craft My Escapes is not a supplier of travel insurance, and we are not qualified to advise on which policy or provider is best for your individual needs. However, we’re happy to refer you to trusted suppliers or assist in connecting you with options at your request and at your cost.

      Ultimately, the decision to take out travel insurance is yours, and we encourage you to make a choice that supports your wellbeing throughout your Escape.


      • Amendments to These Terms

      Craft My Escapes may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, policies, or legal requirements. If we make any changes, we will:

      • Post the revised Terms and Conditions on our website; and/or

      • Notify you by email or other reasonable means

      • Provide at least 72 hours’ notice before the changes take effect

      Your continued use of our services after this notice period will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms. 🏷️

      Craft My Escapes is a registered business name owned by Katherine Robertson and is protected under New South Wales and Australian business name regulations.
